Established in 1995 by Christopher O‘Connor, ORS has consistently provided effective solutions to our clients across an array of disciplines including general management, finance, operations, information technology, sales, credit, marketing and administration. 

We offer a range of services including advertised search & selection and targeted executive search. Unlike many of our competitors we also offer clients our DIY Recruitment service. DIY Recruitment supports clients in their own recruitment efforts, doing the heavy lifting in terms of devising and executing advertising strategy, screening and communicating with applicants, making the recruitment process much more manageable and hugely cost effective for over stretched line managers and human resources teams. 

Based in Sydney, ORS also operates out of Melbourne and Auckland and works with clients throughout the region, including Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore and has completed assignments as far afield as the United Kingdom and the United States.
